This report provides accurate nett values which give the absolute bottom line in m2 terms, it can also be very useful in quantity disputes.
Floor Maintenance
With this report Solution Planners can divide up the whole floor area, or a complete building into different categories, which may then be used to provide a variety of floor maintenance systems and costings.
These separate quantities can then easily be collated and costed to provide an overall maintenance program.
Once a project has been planned by Solution Planners it is very easy to make any changes to the maintenance program as required.
